Motor Removal for chairs after S/N PLS-101919 and s/n prefix PLS6A &PLS6B

1. Remove 4 bolts from wheel and elevate

frame as shown. (Figure 7.6.1)

2. Using a 17mm socket and open end

wrench, remove front suspension bolt and nut

combination shown in (figure 7.6.2)

3. Remove motor from chair (figure 7.6.3)

4. Remove the 5 bolts from the motor plate

assembly with a 5mm Hex Key (figure 7.6.4)

Note: Upon re-assembly, make sure to re-tighten

the motor plate back to 40 inch/pounds of

torque.

5. Final motor removal step requires

disconnecting Motor connection from control

module and cutting the Ty-wrap (Figure 7.6.5).

Both parts should be re-attached when motor is

re-installed..
